Didn’t we get a relatively clean test of who is a conservative judge and who is a Trumpist judge?
Isn’t obvious that a conservative judge would conclude that the tariffs were unconstitutional, and a Trumpist judge would find ways (to me, arguing that removing tariffs would lead to chaos is an amazing legal argument, when I think about this can be used by the executive to do crazy stuff and get away with it)
(I thought Barrett was probably a conservative. I was unsure about Kavanaugh...)
So 3 Trumpists only on the Supreme Court. Good news and important for the future.

保守的な判事が同関税は違憲であると結論し、トランプ主義者の判事が逃げ道を見つける、というのは明らかではなかろうか（私にとって、関税撤廃は混乱をもたらす、と論じるのは驚くべき法的議論であり、考えてみると、経営者がとんでもないことをしでかしながらまんまと逃げおおせるのに利用できることになるように思われる）。
（私はバレットはおそらく保守派だろうと思っていた。カバノーについては良く分からなかった・・・）
ということで、最高裁にトランプ主義者は3人だけだ。今後にとって重要で良いニュースだ。
